The main figure focusses on the resolved resonance energy range, particularly that of the giant resonances below ?30 eV. The inset shows only the 186W capture cross-section, but over a much wider energy range, including the unresolved resonance region between 22.5 keV and 121.4 keV, where the cross section appears as a smooth line.
